skynet monster TV card (chipset:saa1733)


I wanna install TV card in my linux.
My system is Fedora 2.6.9
TV card is skynet monster TV card (chipset:saa1733)
I run the xawtv program but no prgram shows!!!
Driver is ok.But the function fails and fails again...

Who could guide me the whole step for installing???
