SD memorycard missing memory!


Hi,

I got this memorycard thats missing memory. Only got 6.5 of 7.8.

Any idees? Where is it used?


~$ df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on

blabla

/dev/sdb1 7835648 1378208 6457440 18% /media/Kingston

~$ ls -a /dev/sdb1
/dev/sdb1

~$ ls -a /media/Kingston/
. ..

~$ ls -l /media/Kingston/

sorry solved.

/dev/sdb1 7835648 32 7835616 1% /media/CANON_DC


I formatted the card in my camera. I love Canon.

But it would be intressting to know why this happens. If anyone can explain.
