Phyiscal memory missing..

Hey all,
i just installed the lastest mandrake release (10) and when i use kde system guard. the "top" command or the free -m command i am missing over 100 meg of physical mem:

[root@Zoro benji]# free -m
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 883 397 486 0 26 265

it says 883 meg as total when i know i have 1024 (1gb) of memory, how can i reclaim this memory? In previous versions it has stated i have the full gig.

Thanks,
benji

I believe you can also recompile your kernel with the "Huge Memory" option enabled (not sure about the exact name, but that's the gist of it) -- J.W.
