SCSII hotplug to cable adapter

I got a good deal on SCSII hotplug hard drives and want to install on my server that has cable connections.

I found an adapter. Has anyone used something like this? Do they work ok?

Depends on the room. If you have swappable bays then it may not work. Some bays have a key that actually takes power off the drive. If you don't care how the drive sits or fits in the normal bays, then the adapters tend to work fine.
