Problem with ATI X700 PRO (RV410) and radeonfb (no X)

Hi everybody,
I'm running Linux 2.6.21 on my PowerPC (u-boot is the boot loader).
I'm piloting an ATI X700 card with the radeonfb driver.
Although X700 is dual head, I don't see any output on the second monitor,
neither I'm able to set up a suitable mode for activating it.
My goal would be to have a single /dev/fb0 being able to render on a virtual screen being the horizontal sum of the two heads.
Can I achieve this result with a proper usage of radeonfb?

Thanks!

luigi
