there is couple of them. i think you probably can't get it below $80 except special promotion.
you can get radeon pro 9600 for around 99 or nvidia's Ti 4200 or 5200 can't remember for around $80.
The 9200 is an ok card for that price, however if at all possible I would really recommend Nvidia only because they have better linux driver support. Might save you trouble in the future.
I gotta vote for a nvidia card as well. The 5200 are pretty good and can be had for less than $80 on ebay or pricewatch. The linux support there is great with a forum and lots of drivers... yes the drivers aren't open source but I've had very good luck with them on both 2.4x and 2.6x kernels.
