Smile need help installing Absolute Linux on my Virtual PC

look at this pic
im running Virtual PC 2004 if i dont partition the drive and just setup will it go to the Virtual drive or to physical HD?

EDIT: from what i c now i need to partition the drive.... does it partition the physical HD or virtual?

If you setup a virtual disk image, it should use the image.

I recommend using VMware because it a lot more reliable running a virtual machine with Linux. Virtual PC has issues running Linux.
