NAS on SUSE 10

I want to build a NAS for my home network (three XP Pros, three SUSE 10 and one windows 98 se)I currenty have a Addonics ADS3GX4R5-E 4 Port RAID5 controller card.

To build my NAS I want to use an Addonics MST4ML Mini Storage Tower with 4X Multilane interface, white Connects drives to system via 1 Infiniband Multilane 4X cable. Includes 4 Internal SATA data cables (AASAIDC18I), power cord, 4 4P-15 pins SATA power connectors (AA4PSAPC), mounting screws, and user guide. In the Mini Storage Tower put three Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS 320 GB drives. Then put my Addonics ADS3GX4R5-E 4 Port RAID5 controller card.In a Dell Precision 220. With two Intel Pent. III processors and 512 MB of RAM running SUSE 10.

My Big question is will this hardware work with SUSE 10? I have done some searching but I'm still confused as to where this will work. Has any body else done this?
