NAS Distribution

There is a real good Linux config that is customized to just perform as a firewall, called Smoothwall. I'm looking for the same type of thing, but as a Network Attached Storage config. Basically, a stripped down, reconfigured, etc, app/distro that just performs as a NAS - nothing else. I'm open to any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions. Thanks, Mike Lawson
