Unhappy Mounting Windows HDD in RH9

I have two hard disks:
HD1 - Linux RedHat 9 - master
HD2 - Windows XP home - slave

I tried to mount my windows drive on the Linux one, but it told me that "FS NTFS isn't supported in Kernal". So, i'd like to be able to access my windows files through my linux drive. any suggestions. Thanks.

Fedora/Redhat kernels don't have ntfs suport built into their kernels out of the box. Short of compiling it in yourself, I believe there's a sourceforge.net project for it or you might be able to get a package from freshrpms.net.
