Motorola q and linux(suse 10.2)


I am trying to get moto q to work with my suse linux. i dont need sync i just need ev-do! i need internet) it seems like yast recognized motorola modem and i could set it up. but when i am trying to dial it fails on initializing of my modem(kppp saying initializing forever). did anyone get it running??

ps i am connecting throug usb

pss tryed foloving this too http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=501686 i used my own vendor/product id
