Angry isa sound card problems


I installed linux mandrake 9.1 on a fairly old computer and durning the hardware config, it said it cound'nt find my sound card and asked if i had a isa soundcard (witch i do) and to run "snd config" or something like that after the install. the problem is i dont know how to run tat i tried playing around with the konsole and looked every where in the config menus but can't find how to run it. any help would be much appreciated.
