Is Linksys WMP54G4.1 compatible in linux I have Mandriva and it sees it but..


I cannot connect to the internet I have mandriva 2008 installed on a hard disk. Also when I boot up off of a live opensuse CD i cannot connect. Any help please

Hello etchosts,

i'm sure that the card is based on rt2500 chipset, u need to get the drivers for that chipset, i use debian so i know the drivers are in repositories, but check this page rt2x00 Project is the main page of the project who develop linux drivers based on ralink chipsets: rt2400, rt2500, rt2570, rt61 and rt73.
