Question Installing a Modem

I have recently installed Mandrake v10 on new PC all is well with exception of Modem. I now have 5 makes of modems none of witch are recognised by Mandrake. The last PCI hardware modem is a Sitecom DC-015 V92. Sitecome web site has Linux drivers. How do I install these drivers? I have double clicked .rpm and installed, but Mandrake does not find modem and hardware test shows X against modem. Any advise please.
