Angry I CAN not work with CD-writter


hi

I'm novice in Suse 10 and I have a CD writter that works fine at windows XP but I could NOT make it work at Linux.
I surmice that it should be work with an appropriate commands

Yes, please try k3b http://www.k3b.org/ and from the console or xterm session see 'man cdrecord' minus the single quotemarks for the details and instructions.

To check if your device is known; cdrecord -scanbus

This may be helpful also, it is a bit outdated however;
