Unhappy HP Printer Disabled


Hi

We been using many times of HP Printer Installed at Linux Distro
but we still not satisfied dont know if it is a basic problem

our printer automatically disabled if Im going to enable it a few seconds become pause or disabled i checked the log that pritner stopped due to backend errors

does anyone knows this?

What model printer and what make/model computer with what distro?

Also, what, if anything, did the error_log referred to in the messages that you posted report?

Thanks for your reply

I am using Linux Mandriva 2010.2
HP Printer model: HP-P1566
HPLIP Installed

Yes,the log file is under /var/log/cups/error_log

I open it by using tail then i go to printer to enable it then few seconds
it shows me that kind of messages.


actually the problem occurred many times what we do is to restart the OS level then everythings works fine
but most of the time we encountered printer paused or disabled.
