how to set this lines in the boot?

i got problem in the sound card,and if i insert this lines in console
modprobe soundcore
modprobe isapnp
modprobe sb



there is no prob,so can i insert it on the boot file or something?

What distro? I think in Slack adding them to /etc/rc.d/rc.modules would get it, though there may be other better ways.
