How to example ELO touchscreen xorg.conf ?

This would be a good thread to keep track of xorg.conf's for ELO (and maybe any) Touchscreen monitors in Linux.
I would list the
Monitor:
Size:
Driver:
for example:
Monitor: Gvision L15AX-JA
Size: 15"
Drivers: xserver-xorg-input-elographics

I have a GVision l15AX-JA model# L5AX. It turns out the driver needed is for the 3M/ELO/Groovy touch.
It has a serial connection.
I tried to use the serial drivers from ELO and and got error messages that the module wasn't loading. Now, I'm using the drivers from the package: xserver-xorg-input-elographics.

Previously, I looked at:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...lation-311795/
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...screen-632728/

There's a walk-through for the Gvision here:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...5ax-ja-692812/
