help setting up a network card on SuSE 9.2

i have SuSE 9.2 installed onto my laptop (750mhz, 256mb, 20gb), and i have 2 network cards that i can use -- a wired card and a wireless card. I used the wired card to perform a network install, and later tried to install the wireless card. in the process, i somehow misconfigured the wired card and now neither work.

i'm a noob to linux, so, bear with me.

here is all the info i have on the cards...
wired

There are two important updates that you should instal via YOU (YaST Online Update). The first of them is a patch for the network init script, the next one is yast-network. You can start by erasing current configuration and make it right for one of the interfaces. Then, get the updates. Now you can configure whatever you want about your network and it must work just fine. Good luck! cU!
