Hayes Acura V92 conexant chipset PCI

Hi. Just installed Redhat 9 on my system in a dual boot with windows XP.
It seems to be working fine, except the modem. I have a Hayes Acura V92 PCI modem, which runs on the conexant chipset apparently.
How do I get this to work in Redhat 9? I just need to get it going, then ill use a linux AOL dialer to get on the web.
