 * signifies the current active mode

[root@localhost pietro]# hdparm -i /dev/sdb

/dev/sdb:
 UDMA modes: udma0 udma1 udma2 udma3 udma4 udma5 *udma6
 * signifies the current active mode

[root@localhost pietro]# hdparm -i /dev/sdc

/dev/sdc:
 UDMA modes: udma0 udma1 udma2 udma3 udma4 udma5 *udma6
* signifies the current active mode

[root@localhost pietro]# hdparm -i /dev/sdd

/dev/sdd:
 UDMA modes: udma0 udma1 udma2 udma3 udma4 udma5 *udma6

ATA Standards

Your drives all appear to be on ATA 6. Go figure.
