eth0 SIS190 not being recognized

Hi all,
I have a fjuitsu-siemens notebook with a NIC card of type SIS190 that is not recognized by Ubuntu7.10.
I found that the kernel of this distro 2.6.22.16 doesn't have a driver for that NIC card.

Can any one help me step by step
knowing that i have dual boot system, winxp with internet access and ubuntu without internet access.

thanks in advance.
