Do 750 meg zip drives work okay?

I'm thinking about getting an Iomega zip 750 USB drive for backup purposes and to be able to move large files between work and home. Do any of you have any experience with these drives? Is Linux all warm and fuzzy with them or are there problems?

I don't see your exact one listed. Did you look at the HCL? Storage devices usually are not a problem. If you can put a file format on them that Linux will read.

I have a 750 MB Zip drive which I have used with a number of distros, and have never had any problems with using it on Linux and Windows. I usually use it to transfer .jpeg files betwen the two systems.
