Creative X-Fi not working in Fedora Core 5 :(

Alright. So, I've just installed the lastest version of Fedora Core 5 into a seperate HDD I have. Seagate 80GB Sata drive.

What I want to know is, and I've already searched the Creative website for linux drivers, and they don't have any, but, I want to know if there's a way I can get my soundcard to work.

If anyone has any clues or ideas or solutions, please tell me. Thank you, jowdyboy.

It's a pity to say that, but at the moment there is no Linux support for new Creative cards. Blame Creative for neither releasing any drivers nor chip specifications nor supporting ALSA developers in any way. You will have to stick with some other card for the time being.
