1. The first thing you need to do is calm down and try to take it step-by-step. Yelling at people to help you (or using the text equivalent bold, red font) is likely to drive away the very people who could give you the help you need.
2. Next, give details. What system, distro, and desktop environment you are using, what you have already tried to do (in reasonable detail), and what the exact results of those attempts were. Include anything you feel might be important. Better too much info than too little.
3. Really read the error messages you get, and use them. The pop-up in your screenshot says there's possibly a hal security policy blocking it. Try searching the forums or google for that error.
4. The next step is to go manual. Try to run a simple manual mount, as root: 'mount -t vfat /dev/fd0 /media/floppy0'. Make sure the directory /media/floppy0 exists first, of course, and that your device name is actually /dev/fd0. It might be /dev/floppy instead (or also). This also assumes the disks are your standard fat-formatted floppy. Change the filetype if you've formatted them to something else.
If that works and you can read the files on the disk, then great. We can work up from there. If not, post the output of any errors you get, and again we'll work up from there.
5. Consider the possibility of hardware failure. Perhaps either the drive or the disks are going bad.
