boot from floppy drive then insall linux redhat9 from HARD DRIVE


hello every body

i m shiraz and i have to make a project whic is (i have to boot my system from floppy drives and then when linux ask from which way u install linux i select HARD DRIVE) but the problem is i farmat my hard disk by FDISK and make FAT partition and then copy my ISO image on FAT partition
and make two flopies as well one is BOOTDISK.IMG and and the second is DRINET.IMG for redhat9/images/ but when the system boot when i select hard drive it gives me error msg thet HDB! etc the folder or ISO image not found i search on the NET but no help plz help me i have very little time plz
