Brother laser printer not working with fc2
I recently purchased a Brother laser printer (hl 1440) to work under Fedora Core 2. The printer is being recognised as I can configure it a print off a test page. I can also print from the internet. I can hit control P on any page and recieve output. When I try to print from open office I get an error " could not start printer".
I have tried to use the hl 1250 driver as suggested on another page. I have the same results.
Any suggestions?
