I've read far more horror stories of getting Brother drivers installed than HP. That would make my decision for me (and did, when I replaced my old HP laserjet with a mfd, I got a HP cm1415fnw that works flawlessly with everything I've tried). But ultimately, the choice is yours.

Ok I buy hp... I am in Europe (country Poland)... sending regards... yes toners are cheaper :-)

Ok printer installed and ready It can print via two subnets (other side of the router), Thank you all for information, ofcourse it can scan too. Regards. :-)
