Bent + missing pins on a SATA HDD drive?

#1 in the picture is what's broken. I have no idea what 2 + 3 are, but I hope I can connect either of these, instead of #1, to the motherboard. I have the connector for # 4.

Sorry, but your picture is way to small to see which pins/connector you mean. Please post a larger picture.

If thats sata....

4. power connector
2. jumper
3. Possibly molex style connector - but infact it looks like some kind of pin out - no idea about this.
1. sata connector

So your only hope is to get an identical HDD (as in consecutive serial numbers, or very close), and attach a different board to drive the hdd instead.

I'll lookup the HDD on WD's website + post what they say.
