If you use software RAID, the command
mdadm -D DEVICEFILE shows you the RAID level. DEVICEFILE refers to the array and is normally something like /dev/md127. You can also check
/proc/mdstat.
If it's hardware RAID, you should have a software tool for configuring the RAID interface. Which tool that is depends on the interface, for example hpssacli for HPE Smartarrays.
