Smile advice for a new nice soundcard


I decide to buy a new soundcard-
-> because I got so much trouble installing the sound driver of my "aureal 8810" -

I need your advice to buy a new one fully compatible with linux-no headhache require-
which one should you recommend me-in midrange,moderate price ?

I've got a Hercules Game Theater Pro Sound. http://shop.store.yahoo.com/hyperson...gamxpsoun.html .
Not everything hardware option on the card is supported yet, but it works fine. And because it's got the external connection box, you don't have to bend over to plug something into your computer. 80 bucks plus shipping.
