Thumbs down Acer Aspire 5050 HELP

If someone will advise when there is a Linux disrto available that will recognize the atheros 5007 wireless card and let me know, I will appreciate it and FINALLY get rid of this POS operating system Windows VISTA!!!!!!!

AFAIK, it sould work with ndiswrapper. Have you looked here?
