A major speed upgrade question

Is there any way that I could rig two Pentium2 prosessors up to one Linux machine, then overclock them both to like a Pentium6 prosessor without melting them?

Are you talking about clustering, or a multi-processor system? Overclocking successfully depends on keeping the processors in their green zone for temperatures. Water-cooling or in some minor cases larger heat sinks and fans are the normal way of controlling the temperature rises caused by overclocking.
