Unhappy 3COM 920B EMB WNM driver RH9

hi everybody

I am newbie to linux and desperately need a help. I've got 3COM 920 B EMB integrated to ASUS P4R800 VM mother board. I am trying to connect to Internet. I think I should find network driver and compile kernel sthg like that. Anyone could help me how to find and compile kernel step by step.

thank you in advance.
