Unhappy 3com3c920b-emb-wnm integrated fast ethernet controller


hi every body , i have "3com3c920b-emb-wnm integrated fast ethernet controller" on RED HAT LINUX 9i , and i have dsl connection ,my network card is not detecting by linux,i don't know wat to do,
would u plz send me any suggestions
