Hey, im sorry to bother you people and im sorry for my bad english. Usually i dont do this kind of forum posts and strife to resolve my issues by myself, but im striking a brick wall right now, so here is the problem:
I run Manjaro Xfce4 on my Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro , my DM is LightDM (i dont know if that matters) and i have experienced a lot of problems regarding my session manager... Usually you can always open up a dropdown terminal in xfce4 with ctrl+alt+T and everything is working just fine... But at some point of my Working-session this kinda things are happening:
1. Cant exit my Vim modes with esc
2. Cant open up the dropdownterminal or normal terminals with shortcuts (in fact i cant use any keyboard shortcuts at all)
3. when i try to shut down my pc it does nothing , when i retry it tells me that the session manager must be in idle state...
i really dont know how to fix it because i have no hecking clue what is causing this problem and where i should look to find it out... When i tryed tailing the xsession-errors file i could not replicate the error at all
If someone ever experienced this issue i would be so grateful to have myself helped!
Kind Regards
bot
PS: Just comment what files you would like to have a look at... as i just said i have no idea where to even look (and no idea if xsession-errors is even the right place where i would find my issue... maybe its logged in /var/logs ?)
