Please stop the senseless philosophical question. All the WYSIWYG HTML editors have been mentioned: Mozilla, OpenOffice, etc.
Quanta is not a WYSIWYG editor, it just helps creating the source code.
In my personal opinion, Quanta provides the best way to create a HTML page, since it helps you avoid the overhead, and it helps you writing the source intuitively.
You can teach yourself HTML with any thin book.
Since you are obviously from Austria, your mother tongue seems to be German, so I give to the advice in using the book "HTML - kurz und gut" (ISBN 3897212439) after you have learned the basics in HTML, since it provides a very good overview.
