Just buy it if you want it that badly. Or ask your local library to order it in for you.

People, I live in a place where all versions of Windows + Office + PhotoShop + ACDSee +... cost for $3. I have free Russian version of it, and need now English ver.
You think I'll pay???
XavierP, our local libraries are small, with no useful info at all. It's luck if I find smth about Windows there. There's nothing about Linux. Because everything for Windows you can get for $3. And Linux costs more than Windows (Since Linux is not pirate's).
