Hello,
I was watching a few video lectures on YouTube showing Richard Stallman giving speeches on 'Free Software'.
I was wondering if anyone might happen to know how Stallman earns a living?
Thank you

Reason: removed possible inflamitory remark
I know he was an instructor for some University somewhere at one point, but after his tenure at MIT he kinda is in the wind so to speak. From what I have read about him, he has no real residency other than his office and tends to be somewhat of a hermit when not giving speeches. I know the FSF gets grants from various sources to continue the work of GNU, but other than that, he's a bit of a mystery. As far as his income source, no idea other than his various awards and maybe some investments as well as possibly the FSF, but other than that, no idea.
I already know about his personal home page. It's him I wish to speak to. But he's hard to reach because he's a globe trotter and stays removed from the internet as best as possible. I don't want to search and search and search his personal web site.
I only started the post because I thought someone here might already know since the operating system they're all using was written mostly by him.

Except, no, not even close. Stallman started the GNU Project. Most Linux distros ship with GNU software, like coreutils. I can't be bothered looking up details, but Stallman didn't write all of it by himself. All Linux distros ship with the Linux kernel, 'cos otherwise they wouldn't be a Linux distro, which was created by a guy called Linus Torvalds, contributed to by lots and lots of people and, again can't be bothered looking it up but, probably not including Stallman. The GNU project has it's own kernel, Hurd.
Per his personal website, he works as a consultant and he does have a permanent residence these days. Although he is not there much due to his travels.
