webalizer.conf

when I make a change to the webalizer.conf file, do I need to restart/reload the conf file or everytime the cron job starts, does it re-read the conf file?

Each time webalizer is run, it reads from the config file, no need to run it immediately, only if you want to test your changes to see the output.
