unexpected Problem in dhcp

hi guys

i m facing a very strange problem while installing the dhcp server using yum online repo, when i try to install dhcp using yum its conficts with dhclient.below is the output which i get while installing dhcp

Transaction Check Error:
file /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-eval.5.gz from install of dhcp-12:4.1.1-9.fc12.i686 conflicts with file from package dhclient-12:4.1.0p1-12.fc12.i686
file /usr/share/man/man5/dhcp-options.5.gz from install of dhcp-12:4.1.1-9.fc12.i686 conflicts with file from package dhclient-12:4.1.0p1-12.fc12.i686

i try to uninstall dhclient using yum but while unistalling ,its also remove NetworkManager packages,so network connectivity is down while unintalling dhclient.

so u guys suggest me what to do now

dhclient package is out of date. Try a yum update dhclient

while updating dhclient its give me a message no pakages available for updata , here is the output below

[root@client man5]# yum update dhcli*.*
Loaded plugins: presto, refresh-packagekit

No Match for argument: dhclient.leases.5.gz
