unable to cd to /home

Hi,
I get this message : unable to cd to /home and is impossible to go in my home directory. I checked permission in bash and it is OK. How can I unlock my /home directory ?

What are the permissions on /home and your user home directory?

did you check accessing /home as root. I fyou can access /home as the root user, then it is a matter of permissions and things can be sorted out.

Hi, the permissions is :
root@debian:~# ls -la /home
total 20
drwxr-xr-x 4 my 1000 1024 Jul 12 18:06 .
drwx------ 26 root root 4096 Jul 8 17:12 ..
drwxr-xr-x 39 my my 3072 Jul 9 12:45 my
drwx------ 2 root root 12288 Jul 8 18:14 lost+found

I can manage my Home directory as Root but I still haven't access as User .
