Tool to report on Kernel options?

Anyone know of a tool/utility that can scan the linux kernel and report on which options have been selected during an install process?

The options used to compile a kernel are kept in a file called config or config-version#. Most distributions place a copy of the config file used to compile your kernel in /boot.
