safe resizing of NTFS

Can Linux reliably safely resize NTFS partitions? Are there any distros that are better at this than others? Or should I just buy Partition Magic?

I would download it.... Btw, don't try it if it's your Windows disk (disk where you installed Windows, usually c:\).

SuSE!

SuSE will automagically resize NTFS and other partitions upon install, or through YaST2 It's one of the better distros for this as far as I have seen.
