phpBB2 and freesql.org problem

what do this mean?
SQL Error : 1226 User 'linuxllsforum' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 800)

SELECT c.cat_id, c.cat_title, c.cat_order FROM phpbb_categories c ORDER BY c.cat_order

i have setuped phpBB2 in my webserver and then used freesql.org database hosting. at first i everything went on fine but after an hour it got his error message?

What does line 118 look like in your index.php file? Seems as if a value exceeded what the table permits to me from the error its giving you.

Maybe since you asked other questions about installing phpbb and such, you should get familiar with mysql and php before using such tools, just a thought. But I would check with your database provider, I'm sure your limited

And also to note, browsing to freesql.org, I found this page: http://www.freesql.org/policies.html

Says do not use with phpbb and other forum type softwares, etc. Busted!
