Question network booting

i just bought a small laptop off eBay, but it came with no operating system and it doens't have any internal drives and can't boot from USB. So it seems that my only option is network booting it, but I don't know how to do this. Can anybody give me some ideas. I'm useing RH9, and I have wireless and wired networking equipment allready, I just have to know how to set up linux to allow another computer to boot from it.
Or, if its easier to do it with Windows, I can do that also

here is a good link:
http://www.kegel.com/linux/pxe.html

One of the more intriguing notes in the above link is the suggestion to use a Knoppix running server to install Knoppix.

Summary: You need a dhcp and tftp server to provide the install. Your laptop BIOS and NIC has to be PXE capable.
