Need Ideas on Good Enterprise Email

I currently run IPSwitch's IMail on a Windows 2000 Server. I am looking for a good enterprise level email server for Linux so I can get rid of my Windows Servers. Can someone give me some good ideas on what email server(s) have the following characteristics:

1) Secure
2) SMTP - POP3 support
3) Mailing Lists
4) Web Interface
5) Possible GUI?

Thanks for your help, Jeremy
