There is now a beta driver for kyro based video cards, unfortunatly it only comes in SuSE, Red Hat and Mandrake rpm's for the latest versions ATM but new versions should be more like the nvidia drivers with support for building the modules against other kernels, get it at
http://www.pvrdev.com/driver/index.htm and don't forget to read the
instructions.
