Keyboard Shortcut

Does anyone know of a keyboard shortcut for Gnome that will allow me to move a windows to a different workspace?

ALT + TAB will focus the window
ALT + CTL + <arrow key> will focus a workspace

Now I want to move for instance a gaim window that just popped up, away from
my programming workspace, without having to slow down and move to the mouse.

Any hints?

Thanks!

you can change between workspaces whit: <ctrl>+<alt>+[left or right]. You can change this opening a console and typing 'gnome-keybinding-properties' there you can change some shortcuts, this with gnome 2.6
