The Update Agent in Redhat will be able to automagically compile a new kernel with your computer setup hardware. That's the only automatic kernel compiler-installer.
Other wise you have to manually compile the kernel.
My suggestion to you, is that you should learn how to manually compile your kernel.
On the long run, you will be happy you learnt how.
I know you might be intimidated at the beginning, but trust me....I know what it used to feel...I was terrified of compiling the kernel when I started.
But, after you do it once....it's VERY addictive, heheh, I can't stop compiling my kernel for any small reason, hehe. cool.
